Oahu Day 2 Part 1

Dole Plantation: A couple of things we learned Pineapples grow on the ground, frogs don't do well on a hot sidewalk and Michael doesn't like to take lots of photos.

Hale'iwa Sign: We spent forever driving around to find this famous sign. We saw these on the side of the highway, but thought there was a bigger better one in town. Finally we gave in and took a picture on the side of the road. Only to find out that these really are what we were looking for, but the photos we had seen had been doctored to show the sign with the beach in the background.

Beach: I don't know what the name of this beach was on North Shore, but it was absolutely breathtaking. It was one we had to pull over and take photos at. The blues and greens of the ocean were so intense, the photos don't quite do it justice. So pretty.

Giovanni's Famous White Shrimp Truck: There are surprisingly quite a few so called "famous white shrimp trucks" along the side of the road. But we found the real one and were able to make our mark on it.
