Maui Day 8
I always pictured Hawaii as the postcard beaches and rainforests. Today we drove down to the lava fields, where the lava flowed off of Mt. Haleakala into the ocean. It is am dramatic contrast to the bright greens and blues.

i LOVE all the pics from your trip. i wanna go to hawaii SO BAD! i keep telling my husband that i want to go to hawaii for our 10th anniversary... we'll see. what was your favorite thing about hawaii?!
