Pumpkin Carving

We had some late night pumpkin carving, just in time for Halloween. This year the boys weren't as concerned about getting their hands dirty. Though Max is very concerned about Sam's attempt to eat the pumpkin.

I am all for getting the most done in a trip that I can. Let's be honest, at this point the less running around I have to do with four little ones, the better. So on this particular trip with managed to get quite a bit accomplished, doctor's appointments for all the kids, watch Jordan run cross country and visited Grandpa and Lola's pumpkin patch.

 Ellie is still so tiny the jumperoo looks like it is trying to eat her up. But for moments when I need her to stay entertained and she just needs a change of scenery, it works perfectly. Occasionally, she will realize that if she can move her seat some music will start to play and she gets very excited.

Swingers

The weather was too nice to not make a trip to the park. Ellie had her first experience in a park swing. If her mom had placed her on the other side and blind her with the sun it would have been a more enjoyable experience. But overall she loved it. Max also loves to swing. With a swing shortage, we had to get a little creative.
