Baby Sized Zucchini

While helping my parents with their garden we harvested this huge zucchini. Just to illustrate its size we are comparing it to a 2 month old Ellie. Then we set the squash aside and focus on the real cutie.

Just Two

One of the boys favorite activities is riding their bikes in the street with the neighbor kids. We put a "slow boy" sign at our driveway and the kids go to it. This summer Jackson was determined to ride a two wheeler like his brother. Brandon and Sam worked practiced with him with little improvement. One day Sam came screaming through the house. I thought someone was hurt and came running, only to find that Jackson was cruising around the culdesac without his training wheels. Sam spent the rest of the afternoon teaching Jackson how to kick start his bike. And from that point on he has been unstoppable.

Goodbyes

Our good friends and neighbors, the Gavinas, moved today. Two years went by fast. It was sad to see them go and we will miss our game nights, hanging out and borrowing each others fridge and freezer space. Until we see them again we will always have fish sticks, green beans and rice, kettle corn, asking the neighbors for pickles, Wow, just realizing how much of our inside jokes revolve around food. Miss you guys!

Hours and hours were spent jumping into the pool. They had a blast and nothing was broken, so bonuses all around!

Shoot

"Cool" Uncle Jeremy let the boys shoot at a target. There were three BBs to use up, so they each got one shot. Sam did really well and is pointing to his hole (below). Jackson's "went through the top of the box." Or at least that was were another hole was that he could point to.
