Trapped

Jackson has been climbing in and out of his crib for a while, but usually to retrieve his binkie. Recently he has been climbing in and out for fun. We have always shut his bedroom door while he is sleeping at night and for naps. Well, our tricky little boy has graduated from knocking on the door in the morning or after naps to letting himself out of the room to wander the house at night.

It only took one sleepless night (mainly for Brandon) and a napless Sunday to resort to completely lowering the crib and changing the bedroom doorknob to lock from the outside.

He rattled the doorknob for a while and then it went quiet. This is what I found when I went to check on him.

On the upside he has been so tired lately, he has been very cuddly and fallen asleep on me twice today.
