On Easter Sunday we had my family, Brandon's parents and Grandpa Dale over for dinner and an Easter egg hunt at the house for Sam. Sam hit quite the jackpot of eggs, but we were all more amused by the fact that his pants kept falling down.

Easter Egg Hunt

I know these are over a week late, but I have been waiting for the pictures. Thanks Meana! On Saturday, Sam and I went to an Easter egg hunt in with my mom and sisters. It was fun and Sam was able to hang out with his girlfriend, Taiya. Afterward, Sam and Grandpa Jan helped the neighbors dig out some bushes with the help of some tractors. Sam loved watching them, but was still a little hesitant when Grandpa Jan set him on the seat.

Rex Lee Run

Brandon, Sam and I tagged along with my family on a quick trip down to Provo for the Rex Lee Run. It was fun to see Jeremy, Rachel, Christopher and Nicole and some other family who live down in Utah. Brandon finished the 5K run with a great time and I, well, let's just say I finished. I walked with my sick sister Jillian and pushed Sam in the stroller. When the race started Sam kept on saying, "Mom you are supposed to RUN!" I kept on trying to convince him that my fast walk was actually a run, but he couldn't be fooled. Cowboy Sam

Here are some photos from taking Sam out to ride horses at Cory and Lisa's. At first Sam was a little skeptical, but as soon as he got dressed up in his cowboy gear he was ready to ride. Thanks so much Cory, Lisa and Katlyn. We had so much fun and Sam hasn't stopped talking about "his" horsey Blaze.
